Windows Live Mail is the best ever! It allows the users to do a variety of functions that are not available on any other email program I have seen with user experience. I LOVE IT, so to speak. The program is common sense and versatile, reliable.

I was using Windows Live Mail for sometimes and then one day I can't download or send e-mails. Just do not know how to fix it! It automatically turned WLM to offline mode.

Good features = 4 stars; updated versions removed good features means its not 5 stars; also, a new user will want to send lots of emails informing friends of new email address, but hotmail accounts limit the number of people you can send an email to when you are a new account owner (granted, that prevents spammers, but...).
